Mr Meyerhans has international industry experience in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), manufacturing, professional services, mining, engineering and construction in Australia, Europe, USA and Asia Pacific. Most recently Mr Meyerhans served as President of Tetra Tech Asia Pacific and Chief Executive Officer of Coffey Consulting. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director of Coffey International Limited, Finance Director of Wattyl Limited as well as executive roles with United Group Limited and WMC Resources Limited.

Mr Mulcahy is Chairman of Mirvac Group Limited and a Non-Executive Director of ALS Limited. He is the former Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Suncorp Group Limited (Suncorp). Prior, he held a number of senior executive roles at the Commonwealth Bank and Lend Lease Corporation.

Ms McKellar is an Non-Executive Director in both public and private companies in Australia and the USA, with contributions in customer focus business transformation, harnessing digital technology, and brand and marketing strategies to enhance business performance. Her executive experience includes senior roles with Unilever, NineMSN, Microsoft, Elizabeth Arden and Stila Corp. She is presently serving on the Board of the NRMA.

Mr Roche is currently a Non-Executive Director of Myer Family Investments Pty Ltd, Baby Bunting Ltd, Blackmores Ltd and a Director of the Adelaide Football Club. Having commenced his career as a licensed plumber, Stephen has further direct and relevant experience in the Australian building products industry having spent over 10 years in a variety of management roles at CSR Limited. Stephen has experience in strategy, business development and supply chains across industries including pharmacy, healthcare, retail and consumer markets. He was previously managing director of Bridgestone Australia & New Zealand and was managing director and CEO of Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Limited. He has also held senior executive roles at Mayne and Faulding across health and primary care services, distribution and business development

Mr McDonough has over 30 years of experience as a director and as a corporate lawyer. He has served as a director of a number of public companies in the past, including Bank of Queensland Limited and Super Retail Group Limited. He is a PastPresident of The Australian Institute of Company Directors, Queensland Division. He is a member of the Risk committee.

Mr Thornton has expertise in taxation and finance. He has experienced in accounting, taxation and finance through positions at Coopers & Lybrand, Citibank and Ernst & Young in Australia and overseas. He is a Director of Great Western Corporation Pty Ltd.

Ms Mann is an experienced Non-Executive director with 20 years board experience across various sectors. She brings strong ASX, audit, risk management and governance experience. In addition, she has insight and understanding of sales, marketing and distribution of consumer products, business transformation and M&A and financial transactions. Patria is currently a Non-Executive Director of Bega Cheese, EVT Limited and Ridley Corporation
