Mr Lew has over 50 years experience in the manufacture, wholesale and retailing of textiles, apparel and merchandise, as well as property development. His success in the retail industry has been due to his ability to read fashion trends and interpret them for the Australasian market, in addition to his demonstrated ability in the timing of investments. Mr McCartney started at Boans Department Stores in Perth then moved to Grace Bros in Sydney. After the acquisition of Grace Bros by Myer, he relocated to the merged Department Stores Group in Melbourne within the merchandise and marketing department. His career within Coles Myer meant that he then moved to the Kmart discount department stores as Head of Merchandise and Marketing and then Managing Director. In years as Managing Director of Kmart Australia and New Zealand, he became Managing Director of Myer Grace Bros. His experience spans the retailing, ranging from goods in department stores to merchandise discount operations.

Mr McLeod is a former Executive Director of the Century Plaza Group and has been part of the Group since 1996 as an advisor in the areas of corporate strategy, investment and public affairs. He was a Non-Executive Director of Just Group Limited from 2007 to 2013.

Mr Murray is currently Group CEO of JB Hi-Fi Limited, with over 25 years' experience in retail and finance. Richard joined JB Hi-Fi as CFO in 2003 and took the business through the IPO process. Richard was appointed to the Board of JB Hi-Fi in June 2012 and became CEO on 1 July 2014, at the age of 38.

Mr Lanzer AM is Managing Partner of Australian commercial law firm, Arnold Bloch Leibler. Henry has over 40 years of experience in providing legal, corporate finance and strategic advice to some of Australia's companies. He is also a Life Governor of the Mount Scopus College Council.

Mr Antonie has 20 years experience in investment banking and formerly held positions of Managing Director from 2004 to 2008 and Advisor in 2009 at UBS Investment Banking, with focus on mergers and acquisitions and capital raisings in the Australian retail, consumer, media and entertainment sectors.

Dr Crean was Chairman of the Hydro Electric Corporation (Hydro Tasmania) from September 2004 until October 2014 and was also Chairman of the Business Risk Committee at Hydro Tasmania, Member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee. Dr Crean was State Treasurer of Tasmania from August 1998 to February 2004. He was also Minister for Employment from July 2002 to February 2004.

Ms Herman is an Non-Executive Director in the fields of financial services, retail, manufacturing and property. She had a executive career spanning 25 years in finance services in both Australia and the US, transitioning in late 2010 to a career as a Non-Executive Director. Prior to that, she has had spend 16 years with the Westpac Group, running business units in operating divisions of the Group as well as heading up Corporate Affairs and Sustainability through the merger with St. George and the global financial crisis. Ms Herman sits on both listed and not-for-profit Boards, including Suncorp Group Limited, Breville Group Limited, , E&P Financial Group Limited and Irongate Funds Management Limited.

Ms Falzon brings to board an executive career that spanned over nearly 30 years in Financial Services where she held executive positions in charge for funds management businesses, both here in Australia and offshore.
